I've spent two decades in the mortgage industry. I started as a senior underwriter, where I learned every rule, guideline, and exception that determines whether a loan gets approved or denied. I earned my real estate license in Washington State. I owned and operated a loan signing company. I've sat on every side of the closing table.

Agent Edge is maintained by Kristy Flach, a licensed loan officer (NMLS #2632259) who originates mortgage loans through a licensed mortgage lender.
Agent Edge is not owned, operated, endorsed, or approved by any mortgage lender or financial institution. Licensing and lender information displayed on co-branded materials reflects the originating lender through which mortgage loans are processed, as required by applicable law, and does not imply sponsorship or endorsement of this platform.

Agent Edge is available exclusively to licensed real estate professionals operating in the United States. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and hold an active, valid real estate license in your state of practice. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain and update that information.
Your login credentials are personal and may not be shared, transferred, assigned, or sold to any other individual. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use Agent Edge solely for legitimate professional real estate business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or share any tools, materials, or content from the platform; use it for any purpose that violates any law or regulation; misrepresent the source of any materials or remove required branding, disclaimers, or disclosures; or use automated systems to scrape or extract data.
Certain materials will include your professional information alongside lender branding as required by federal and state mortgage advertising regulations. You may not alter, obscure, or remove any compliance disclosures, NMLS identifiers, or Equal Housing designations from any materials generated through the platform.
All tools, calculators, reports, and educational content are for informational and illustrative purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes an offer to lend, a loan commitment, a guarantee of rates or terms, or financial, legal, or tax advice. No tool or calculator replaces or supersedes a licensed lender's approval process, underwriting guidelines, or official loan disclosures required under law. You are responsible for verifying all information before presenting it to clients.
You agree that your use of Agent Edge materials will comply with all applicable laws including RESPA, TILA/Regulation Z, the Fair Housing Act, ECOA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GLBA, Regulation N, and all applicable state regulations. You agree not to represent Agent Edge, Kristy Flach, or any originating lender as your "preferred lender" or "exclusive lender."
By uploading content to the platform, you grant Agent Edge a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display that content solely within the platform and materials generated through it. You represent that you own or have rights to any content you upload.
All content, tools, designs, templates, code, and branding on Agent Edge are the property of Kristy Flach and Agent Edge. Your account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform for its intended purpose.
By creating an account, you consent to receive communications electronically, including via email and SMS. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Agent Edge collects information you provide during signup and tracks usage activity to improve the experience. Your information will not be sold to third parties.
AGENT EDGE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL KRISTY FLACH, AGENT EDGE, OR ANY AFFILIATED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. IN STATES THAT DO NOT ALLOW SUCH LIMITATIONS, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kristy Flach, Agent Edge, and their affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, breach of these terms, or violation of applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason. You may close your account at any time by contacting us directly.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ohio. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year or be forever barred.
You may not assign your rights under these terms without written consent. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder survives. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Agent Edge.
